Job summary Reablement Support Worker | 7966 | Permanent contract | £24,201 to £25,795 per annum (Scale E) | 35 hours per week (Weekend and bank holiday working on a rota basis) | Dereham Hospital As a Reablement Support Worker (Swift) you will be assisting people with their daily living activities such as personal care, meal/drink preparation and medication with the aim of helping them back to independence with these activities. Main duties of the job Norfolk Swift Response is a service that runs 24/7 to deliver unplanned social care services to adults in their own homes in Norfolk. As a Swift, your duties would include requests to assist uninjured fallers and supporting with one-off personal care needs. Workers usually visit people in their own homes in teams of two. Both experienced social care workers and those new to care are welcomed to apply. Full training will be provided.
