Our expertise in facilities management and property services helps ensure that our clients' sites are maintained at the highest standards. We are currently seeking a highly organized, conscientious, and service-oriented Facilities Manager to oversee the operations of a large-scale training site for prison officers. This role is based at our client's site in Newbold Revel, set in scenic grounds that require access by car due to its remote location. In this position, you will manage all soft facilities functions, including catering, cleaning, and security. With a demonstrated background in soft facilities management within catering, hospitality, or a related sector, you will bring a track record of leading sizable teams across large sites or regions. You should be an enthusiastic leader who prioritizes people and customer service in every aspect of your work.,
* Client Relationship Management: Attend regular onsite meetings with the client to ensure alignment and address any requirements.
* Health and Safety Compliance: Conduct risk assessments and allergen checks, ensuring a safe environment for all staff and visitors.
* Food Safety: Uphold and oversee strict food safety standards.
* People Management: Lead and support a diverse onsite team, promoting a positive and collaborative working culture.
* Audit and Compliance: Conduct regular audits to maintain operational standards.
* Cash and Stock Control: Manage resources responsibly to meet budgetary goals.

Salary £34000 to £36000 per annum plus up to an additional 5% annual performance based bonus and PMI
