Job title: Customer Success Manager

What will you be doing?
* Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with key clients in the maritime sector.
* Be the primary point of contact, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing tailored solutions that meet unique client needs.
* Implement customer retention strategies to enhance loyalty and reduce churn.
* Identify new growth opportunities through upselling and cross-selling alongside the sales team.
* Resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently, escalating complex matters to the appropriate teams when needed.
Are you the ideal candidate?
* Proven experience in Customer Success or Account Management, preferably in SaaS.
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
* Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
* Knowledge of the shipping industry is a strong advantage.
