Employee contracts & Issuing references Updating employee benefits and salary information Respond to employee queries related to HRSS processes, HR policies, and document progress in the ticket system HR database / document management Deliver a high-quality employee experience Collaborate with other HR Team members across the business to action and respond to queries. What will I need, Ideally shared service model within EMEA region HR Shared Services organisation's or in an HR environment capacity, providing direct support to front-line employees and people leaders would be an advantage HR or Commercial vocational training required, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Human Resources, Organisational Behaviour, or related field would be an advantage MS Word knowledge/experience preferred Organised and detailed orientated Ability to maintain high degree of confidentiality Ability to follow processes / with a lens on optimisation for continuous improvement Exceptional customer service skill Ability to work in high growth environment requiring agility to meet changes in business demand
