Role Purpose
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth within the Gaming & Amusement segment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, leadership, and strategic planning, along with a deep understanding of the gaming industry landscape.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals and enhance market share in the gaming sector.
* Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholders to enhance business opportunities and customer satisfaction.
* Analyse market trends, competition, and customer preferences to identify new market opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
* Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives and product offerings.
* Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to the executive team and suggesting adjustments to meet targets.
* Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation to optimize organizational effectiveness.
* Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to enhance brand awareness and network with potential clients.
Qualifications and Required Skills
* 7+ years of sales experience within the gaming, Amusement or technology sector, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
* Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
* Strong understanding of the gaming industry trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscape.
* Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a focus on coaching and developing sales talent.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions quickly.
* Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
