Your new companyThis organisation prides themselves on the quality and range of their products which are supplied across the UK. Due to company expansion they're now looking for a Customer Service Manager to join the team.Your new roleYour new role will manage the logistics of the products as well as the day to day of the customer service team. You will manage the workload for the team ensuring all incoming and outgoing deliveries are running to schedule by planning and monitoring logistics and budgets. You will make full use of the technology and IT systems in place and will produce and monitor KPIs. You will also resolve any customer complaints and escalations when needed. What you'll need to succeedYou will have previously worked as a Customer Service Manager, ideally within a product environment where you have also managed logistics. You will have very strong people management skills and will have the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You will be able to problem-solve and be able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. What you'll get in returnYou will be offered a salary between £40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience. You will be given 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, a discretionary bonus and a pension scheme amongst other benefits. You will be based on site Monday to Friday with plenty of parking.
