Job Title: Company Secretarial Manager (fixed-term contract)
Contract: 12 months fixed term contract, Full time 35 hours per week
Salary: £56,200 - £75,250 per annum

We are Cambridge University Press & Assessment, a world-leading academic publisher and learning and assessment organisation, and a proud part of the University of Cambridge.
We are looking for a Company Secretarial Manager to support our global business in setting up new entities in different jurisdictions, in support of a high-priority strategic project. The Company Secretarial Manager will provide pragmatic advice and support in relation to all company secretarial matters for these entities, and will assist with the organisation's other entities worldwide.
This is an opportunity to join the Company Secretarial team in Legal & Business Affairs, an approachable team that empowers the business to make effective and ethical choices and is enthusiastic about operational excellence.
What will you do in this role?
In this role, you will advise on entity management for our global entities and support the Secretary of the Press & Assessment Board. Your key tasks will include incorporating and maintaining new entities, drafting board resolutions and other company set-up documents, and ensuring compliance through proactive risk management.
Key responsibilities:
* Advise and draft documents for entity management projects.
* Prepare and maintain company secretarial records using Diligent Entities.
* Develop and implement process improvements with the Company Secretarial team.
* Provide practical guidance and actionable advice on company secretarial matters.
