Event Manager US Law firm 6 months FTC Hybrid working A US law firm is looking for an experienced Events Manager to lead on the firms international events from London. With support from an Events Coordinator you will instrumental running high profile events for the firm. Highlights Plan, organise and implement marketing events hosted and/or sponsored, ensuring exceptional attendee experiences and maximum ROI. Serve as the primary point of contact leading each assigned event. Lead in all pre-event phases including invitee lists, reminders, external vendor management, internal logistics. Manage virtual events using Zoom. Take the lead in key London based corporate sponsorship and hospitality relationships, including management of the O2 Arena box. Research all aspects of events and negotiate contracts for venues/suppliers. The successful candidate will be an experience Events Manager who has worked for a global law in a similar role.
