ICT System and Support Adminstrator - Fixed term until 31/3/

Hours: 36 per week

Working as part of the Social Care Support Team you will be involved in providing high standards of systems support to users, helping to deliver business change, and maintaining high standards of business-as-usual operations within the Team.
Day-to-day workload will be focussed on systems used within the Council's Social Care services, such as Swift/AIS, Total Mobile for Home Care, Equipment Loans Management System and others. The work you do will support the business areas who deliver critical front-line services
The successful applicant will be expected to draw on a range of existing skills and experience and to develop these further. You will have an excellent opportunity to enhance your knowledge and understanding of the ICT environment within the Council in general and in Social Care in particular.

The ideal candidate should have previous experience of one or more of the core systems detailed above and /or experience in delivering ICT support. An understanding of the business processes in one or more of the social care services is also desirable.
You will have good communication and organisational skills, strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines. You should have the ability to manage multiple tasks whilst being creative and innovative in providing solutions to digital challenges. You should be flexible, proactive and customer driven.
