Responsibilities: Collaborative Service Delivery: Work closely with Support Staff, Income Staff, the Service Manager, and Tenancy Manager to deliver high-quality housing services. Foster effective communication and collaboration to ensure a comprehensive and supportive service for our customers. Engagement: Meet customers at supported housing properties to facilitate the completion of licence documents. Conduct thorough property inductions to ensure customers are familiar with their new living environment. Benefit Applications: Complete all Housing Benefit applications accurately and efficiently. Ensure all required supporting evidence is provided within established deadlines, maximizing financial support for our customers. Housing Support: Promote customer awareness of maintaining accommodation to a reasonable standard. Provide housing support as needed, addressing challenges and facilitating a positive living environment.
