Your Role
As a Support Worker (Waking Nights), you will contribute to creating a safe, caring, and supportive environment for our students and guests. You’ll work closely with our care team, playing an essential role in:
* Liaising with the Lead Practitioner for smooth handovers
* Responding to emergencies and coordinating with on-call management
* Supporting personal care and development of daily life skills
* Providing pastoral support, working with families and support services
* Contributing to positive behaviour support plans
* Promoting safeguarding and the welfare of adults at risk
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in a similar role
* Excellent organisational skills
* Relevant qualifications (desirable)
* Caring, compassionate, and empathetic approach
* Strong communication skills across all levels
* Knowledge of CQC standards
* Proficiency in MS Office applications
* Highly motivated and adaptable
