Job Title: A/V Technician
Job Description
We are seeking an A/V Technician to support a large training floor and events space. The role involves working closely with the events team to use QYSY, IO Bride, and support Zoom, Teams, and Google Meets to set up and maintain a video-enabled training room. This includes setting up equipment for larger events.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the events team to set up audiovisual equipment for training sessions and events.
* Utilise QYSY and IO Bride software to ensure smooth operation of video teleconferencing.
* Provide support for Zoom, Teams, and Google Meets to facilitate video conferencing.
* Set up and maintain video-enabled training rooms and spaces.
* Assist in the setup and management of equipment for larger events.
Essential Skills
* Proficiency in audiovisual setup and maintenance.
* Experience with videoconferencing software including Zoom, Teams, and Google Meets.
* Knowledge of QYSY and IO Bride software.
* Strong understanding of video teleconferencing technology.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
* Experience in event support and coordination.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
