Key Responsibilities:
* Day-to-day advisory on UK Employment Law matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, performance improvement, and sickness absence.
* Provide extensive individual case management to the HR team, supporting various employee relations scenarios.
* Support on projects such as redundancies, TUPE, and reorganisation work.
* Assist in HR policy formulation and provide strategic input into managing employment litigation in UK tribunals.
What We're Looking For:
* At least 3 years’ PQE (though we're open to more senior candidates with relevant experience)
* Strong advisory experience in UK Employment Law (disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, etc.)
* Knowledgeable in redundancy law, TUPE, and employment tribunals
* Ability to manage a caseload independently while collaborating with the wider team.
