As an integral member of the Route to Market team as well as being part of the wider Away From Home Channel, you’ll take ownership of our Snacks, Quaker and Pipers agenda within our Foodservice Wholesalers and Distributors. This role offers great opportunity to fully manage the Digital and Shopper Marketing agenda across our Foodservice customer base as well owning both our internal and external reporting across the team by utilising your analytical skills to identify trends and insights and help shape the teams response plans. This is a great opportunity if you have a passion to succeed and driving our joint business forward.a Responsibilities Execute the Digital & Shopper plan through aligned priorities per period in partnership with Digital and Shopper Marketing teams. Develop and deliver push and pull execution through our Wholesale partners for key marketing programmes, NPD and core range initiatives. Own the digital agenda across Route to Market accounts to drive future relevance and growth of our PEP categories through B2B Media artwork and Digital Hygiene Reporting. Own reporting & tracking, as well as providing clarity on performance and generating insights to identify both risks and opportunities. Own the creation of the Digital monthly newsletter to our Route to Market customer base showcasing upcoming campaigns, case studies, NPD and relevant other category news. Manage pricing queries, invoices and deductions across Route to Market accounts. Manage promo submissions and turnover documents across Route to Market accounts. Manage the Route to Market accounts financial/category trackers and JBP scorecards. Manage the Route to Market New Line Form submissions and New Product forecasts. Organise trade shows and brand plans to ensure smooth running of the business and engagement on our execution priorities. Work cross–functionally internally with Route to Market Account Managers, RTM Controller, AFH sub-channel teams, Finance, Supply Chain, Digital and Shopper Marketing colleagues. Play a key part of Route to Market and Away from Home team culture. Qualifications Success in a Commercial role with strong financial awareness. Strong drive for results with a desire to succeed in an entrepreneurial culture. Cross-functional experience in order to leverage internal partnerships. High attention to detail with strong prioritisation skills. Excellent communication skills - engage and influence multiple stakeholders to build strong internal and external relationships. Influencing skills: ability to drive agenda within both customer and PepsiCo environment. Working with customers to identify needs and deliver winning solutions. Well-developed analytical skills, combined with strong IT skills, including proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
