When it comes to finding a solution, Trelleborg Marine & Infrastructure have over 40 years’ experience in providing infrastructure, sophisticated marine fenders, oil and gas transfer, ship performance solutions, docking and mooring, surface buoyancy and service and support. About the job
Reporting to the local Managing Director you will be responsible for driving the HR strategy so that we can attract, lead, develop, engage and retain the employees we need to achieve our current and future strategic objectives.
Responsibilities also include;
* Collaborate with Local leaders to align HR strategies with overall organizational goals.
* Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and feedback.
* Provide guidance on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance improvement plans, and policy adherence.
* Ensure diversity in the workforce by hiring, engaging with, and retaining top talent. Attracting and recruiting the best talent to fill vacant positions and seek continuous improvement on recruitment tools and channel.
* Support talent management, multi-skill training programs & talent development. Provide consultation to line managers on mentoring, coaching and career development. Assess and report on workforce and leadership planning.
* Analyse trends and relevant HR metrics to develop solutions, HR programs, and local policies.
* Be an ambassador for the Trelleborg’s culture as well as plan and implement activities to continue driving strong employee engagement.
* Partner with managers to reduce employee-related risks and ensure healthy employee relations. Resolve employee issues and grievances and conduct unbiased investigations.
* Maintain a detailed understanding and knowledge of legal requirements to ensure regulatory compliance and reduce legal risks.
About the ideal candidate
* Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or a related field.
* Ideally 2-5 years HR industry experience, with experience of at least two areas of HR such as recruiting, performance management, talent management, employee engagement or learning & development.
* Excellent in people management and employee engagement.
* Effectively work at both strategic and operational levels.
* Ability to handle and participate in multiple projects, priorities, and groups, whilst prioritizing and staying focused.
* Ability to identify and share standard methodologies and network internally and externally.
* Sound sense of understanding business priorities.
* Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work with diverse and remote teams across business.
* Good learning, agility, independence, reliable, and proactive.
* Operational skill in word, excel and PPT.
