Litigation and Commercial/Business Services Consultant
Salary: Fee sharing basis % to be agreed
Our client, a well-established law firm in the Bedfordshire area, is seeking an experienced Litigation and Commercial/Business Services Consultant Solicitor. You will play a crucial role in providing expert legal advice and support to clients facing a wide variety of Litigation issues, as well as business clients. This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the continued success of our client's firm.
Responsibilities:
* Legal Advice: Offer comprehensive legal advice and guidance to clients on various Litigation, Employment, and Business/Commercial law matters, ensuring their rights and interests are protected.
* A proven track record of business development with the ability to attract your own following, as well as the drive to develop the Litigation Department.
Requirements:
* You must be a qualified solicitor with experience in Litigation, Employment, and Commercial/Business Services.
* Sound Legal Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of (1) Litigation matters: Property disputes, Landlord & Tenant disputes, Contract disputes, Consumer disputes, and Debt Recovery; (2) Employment issues: Unfair Dismissal, Settlement Agreements, Employment Tribunal claims, and Redundancy; (3) Commercial/Business Services: Company formation, Sales, Acquisitions and Mergers, Business Organisation and Structure, Joint Ventures and Strategic Partnerships, Commercial Contracts, Employee Share Incentive Schemes, Investment, Intellectual Property, E-Commerce, GDPR, Data Protection, and Privacy.
* Client-Focused Approach: Display a commitment to delivering exceptional client service, focusing on meeting clients' needs and exceeding their expectations.
* Team Player: Work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment, communicating effectively with colleagues and supporting one another to achieve shared goals.

Working Hours:
* Full-time - for the right candidate, hybrid hours will be considered.
* Monday - Friday.
