The post holder will, in collaboration with cross functional departments, support planning of our improvement priorities, execute the MFT improvement approach and method and support sites to strengthen their quality control to ensure we are building confidence and assurance for our people.
Main duties of the job
The Improvement Administration Support Officer will have a pivotal role within the Improvement Team. The post holder will be involved in supporting the effective planning, co-ordination and delivery of the department’s strategic objectives, activities, and projects. This will involve clerical and administrative support, developing and implementing processes and providing support to deliver learning and engagement events, and provide essential programme support across the Improvement Team.
