They're looking for a Test Team Lead.
Responsibilities
* Develop quality assurance frameworks: design and implement comprehensive quality assurance strategies and processes to maintain high product standards.
* Monitor and enhance testing processes: oversee CI/CD testing, exploratory testing, and performance evaluations to improve software quality.
* Lead and develop the team: train, mentor, and lead the Quality and Customer Support Team to ensure high performance and morale.
* Integrate customer feedback: collect and analyse customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements and align support strategies with organisational goals.
Requirements
* Technical leadership experience: at least two years in a leadership role, including line management.
* Software development and testing knowledge: strong understanding of software development and testing methodologies.
* Strong communication skills: ability to communicate effectively with developers, product managers, customers, and other stakeholders.
* Relevant educational background: degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
