With a decade of experience, this company has since evolved into a leader in both permanent and contract recruitment across the UK, Europe, and the US. What’s the Role About? As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for: Business Development – driving new opportunities and expanding the client base. 360 Recruitment – sourcing, interviewing, and placing both permanent and contract candidates. Team Leadership – managing a small team and ensuring the team has a constant pipeline of job opportunities. Client Management – building and maintaining strong relationships, especially across Europe. Growth & Development – actively contributing to the US expansion, with the possibility of moving there long-term. Performance Targets – meeting sales targets, with the potential to earn significant commissions based on individual and team success. Key Requirements: At least 3-4 years’ experience in recruitment, ideally with a background in contract recruitment (engineering or manufacturing sectors). Experience in business development and managing client relationships. A proven track record of billing and winning new business Strong understanding of contract recruitment with the ability to open new doors. Previous experience managing or mentoring junior staff is an advantage but not essential. The drive to succeed, with the opportunity to progress to a management role. Willingness to be part of a fast-paced, expanding business with the potential to relocate to the US. What’s on Offer?
