* Ensure high-quality output using relevant measurement and inspection tools.
* Monitor production progress and delegate tasks to meet delivery and quality targets.
* Work closely with the quality and management teams to maintain standards and drive improvement.
About You:
* Completed a Mechanical Engineering apprenticeship.
* Strong CNC turning background in a precision engineering environment.
* Previous supervisory or team-leading experience.
* Competent in interpreting engineering drawings and using inspection equipment.
* Familiar with Fanuc and Siemens controls.
* Programming knowledge and experience with live tooling is a strong advantage.
This is a great opportunity for a proactive individual who enjoys both hands-on machining and team leadership.
