Ackerman Pierce is currently recruiting for a Senior Social Worker/AMHP to join The Hub in Bromley, a partnership between the London Borough of Bromley and Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust.

This role provides an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment, offering direct pathways between primary and secondary mental health care.

The Role:

As a Senior Social Worker in The Hub, you will:

* Provide professional supervision to a team of social workers.
* Undertake or support complex initial assessments both on-site and in the community.
* Act as the Safeguarding Adults Manager (SAM) within the team.
* Provide expert advice on the Care Act, safeguarding, and advanced practice.
* Work with a small, short-term caseload (up to 12 weeks) supporting residents to remain in primary care.
* Participate in a centralised AMHP service on-site at Green Parks House every 5-6 weeks, supported by an experienced AMHP manager.
