The strength of each member is the team.” Phil Jackson "For myself working at Giles and being part of a team where I feel valued and heard is by far the selling point for anyone looking to apply. I have been made to feel welcome by every member of staff I have spoken to, especially with my endless questions I love that the children come first at Giles Junior School and every member of staff seems to share this exact vision regardless of what challenges they may of had that day. Giles Junior School is amazing at promoting the children’s strengths, supporting their difficulties, recognising their differences and ensuring inclusion.
