Reporting to the UK Financial Controller, this is an opportunity to lead the UK's management accounts Function, taking responsibility for 3 staff. The company operates the UK, US, France, Germany Finland trading entities with revenues of c.£40m and c.600 employees.
Roles and responsibilities
9. Meeting all weekly, monthly and year-end internal reporting deadlines
10. Maintaining, improving and controlling the quality of the management accounts
11. Delivering accurate and timely financial reporting
12. Responsible for the management and development of the management accounting team (3 direct reports)
13. Accountable for the compliance of financial statements with Group Accounting policies, IFRS and relevant tax law
14. Preparation of subsidiary accounts for external reporting
15. Ongoing Balance Sheet control and review
16. Continually improving financial processes, including system improvements. Devising and implementing change across the business to drive efficiency
17. To provide ad-hoc business finance partnering to operations and group.
18. Supporting annual budgeting process and ongoing forecasting process
