We are looking for new or experienced KYC Analysts to join an existing project team to deliver a critical international remediation project beginning January 2025. KYC stands for 'Know Your Customer' and is a set of processes that financial institutions use to verify the identity of their customers. KYC is a key part of efforts to combat money laundering and terrorist financing. The role is based in City Quays, Belfast, with 3 days a week in the office with the project team. What will I be learning? In this role, you’ll experience working in compliance and risk management at a large financial services firm. Over the first 1-2 weeks with us, you’ll complete our award-winning Simulate training to develop the skills and knowledge you’ll need to perform the role of a KYC Analyst successfully and confidently. Afterwards, you will move to the client site, helping to deliver a remediation project. What work will I be doing? Conducting KYC reviews as part of a remediation project. Verifying and validating client documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance. Performing enhanced due diligence (EDD) on high-risk clients. Updating and maintaining accurate records of KYC-related documentation. Collaborating with compliance and operational teams to resolve KYC-related queries. Identifying and escalating risks or suspicious activities to appropriate stakeholders. What will I be gaining? Training in both technical and soft skills.
