What You'll Do:
1. Fabricate, weld, and assemble metal components for top-quality access and safety barriers.
2. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure precision.
3. Perform MIG welding on a variety of metals, ensuring strong and clean welds.
4. Collaborate with our engineering and production teams to meet project deadlines.
5. Maintain equipment and ensure a safe, clean work environment.
What we're looking for:
1. Experience: Proven experience in MIG welding with a focus on accuracy and quality.
2. Skills: Ability to read technical drawings and use various fabrication tools.
3. Work Ethic: A proactive attitude and commitment to delivering top-notch work.
4. Certifications: Welding qualifications are an advantage, but not a dealbreaker if you bring great skills!
