Here in the Customer Affordability & Value Optimisation team, we'll be reinventing how we assess and manage customer affordability for more digital-centric journeys. Through well established relationships, our team present credible opportunities that challenge credit strategies to enhance customer experience, improve credit quality or provide incremental segment growth across all consumer lending products. With improvements focused on affordability and eligibility and grounded in a deep understanding of portfolio performance and appreciation of customer objectives.
What would make you successful in this role?
* You’ll have previous experience working in analytical, credit or product teams
* You’ll have experience in developing, motivating and coaching those around you to build their technical skills & leading analytical projects and/or teams to present insights to support critical thinking
* You’ll have experience in utilising segmentation, models and analytical toolsets to support recommendations that are aligned and complementary to the business strategy and financial plan
* You’ll have a solid understanding of SAS/SQL code, BigQuery and Microsoft Office packages
Desirable Skills:
* Ideally, you’ll have experience working across one or more consumer lending products
* Ideally, you'll have experience working with GCP
