A portfolio showcasing creative projects, game design concepts, or personal game development work. Basic knowledge of game design principles, mechanics, or industry-standard tools. Experience with Unreal Engine or other modern game engines. A genuine passion for gaming and a desire to translate that passion into innovative experiences. A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to game design. Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Adaptability and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. Solid time management skills to meet project deadlines and contribute to successful outcomes. What will help you stand out? Familiarity with Blueprints or other rapid prototyping tools to bring design ideas to life. An interest in level design, with an understanding of how to create engaging and balanced gameplay spaces.
