The vacancy Your typical day could start with a team catch-up, checking in with Outreach Support Workers about their caseloads and ensuring support plans are on track. Then you might support a colleague through a complex safeguarding issue, meet with partner agencies to discuss a referral, or review client records to ensure compliance with funder requirements. As an Outreach Support Manager, you'll be providing leadership and direction to your team, making sure services are delivered to a high standard and tailored to each customer's needs. You'll work proactively to promote independence, wellbeing, and inclusion for some of our most vulnerable clients. You're an experienced people manager with a background in supported housing or outreach services. You're passionate about delivering excellent customer support, especially for vulnerable clients, and you're great at motivating others to do the same. You're comfortable working with a wide range of needs, including substance misuse, and you know how to lead through change. To be successful in this role, you'll need to be based in the Colchester office at least two days a week. Organised, with a good eye for compliance, record-keeping and service outcomes. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this role.
