Job Description
Key is a Registered Social Landlord which works across Scotland, mainly providing housing to people with disabilities.
We are seeking to recruit a suitably motivated, skilled and experienced individual to join our well established maintenance administration team based in our main office located in Glasgow. This position is part time, working 3 days per week, and will be on a Fixed Term basis, ending March 2026.
The main function of this post is to ensure the effective administration of our property maintenance function across 800 tenancies and multiple office locations. In particular this will include responding to repairs queries from tenants/staff, arranging cyclical maintenance works, liaising with contractors and maintaining appropriate records.
The successful candidate must have previous administrative experience, excellent communication skills and attention to detail in their work. Experience working in property management environment will be advantageous.
