Reports to: Deputy CEO
Salary: £32,000 more for an exceptional candidate
Hours: 37.5 hours per week during office hours - this may include some evening & weekend work

We're seeking an experienced Events and Catering Manager to take the reins at our vibrant community interest catering company. This is a unique opportunity to shape and deliver a wide range of services and events that don't just delight customers - they change lives!
In this exciting and varied role, you'll be at the heart of everything we do - leading on planning, administration coordination, and delivery of both internal and external events and daily sales in our café and restaurant.
You'll be responsible for:
* Overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring exceptional customer service
* Managing customer orders, administration, and driving service innovation
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers
* Ensuring every customer interaction reflects our commitment to quality, professionalism, and positive social impact
What We're Looking For:
You'll bring a proven track record in events, administration or catering management, along with the drive and creativity to take our service to the next level. You'll be an exceptional communicator, highly organised, and genuinely motivated by people - both those you work with and those you serve.
