Temporary Pay & Conditions Administrator

Pay Rate: up to £14.17 per hour PAYE depending on experience
37 Monday - Friday, normal working hours
This opening assignment is for 6 months
City: GLOUCESTER
Require full NPPV (Non Police Personnel) Level 2 security clearance in order for probation to be passed and a permanent job offer confirmed.
They MUST have a strong end to end payroll background
Working at the heart of the council, you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of cost effective, timely services to ensure you meet the needs of internal and external customers. Your role will involve processing payroll payments, dealing with pay queries via the ContactUs helpline and providing guidance on employment terms & conditions.
You will need to be technically efficient and possess excellent communication and customer service, to enable you to efficiently answer tax and pay queries. The successful applicant must be able to cope under pressure and manage competing demands checking information to ensure our payrolls are accurate, meet statutory requirements and processed within the monthly deadlines.
