The successful Health and Safety Trainer will be experienced in both live and virtual training, delivering a broad range of topics across the health and safety training field.

1. Salary £35,000-£45,000 dependent on experience

As a Health and Safety Trainer, you will share in their passion to embrace cutting edge technology with an aim to deliver a first-class virtual training experience to their customers and employees.
The Health and Safety Trainer will:
15. Work with colleagues across all departments to drive the training agenda as a product and service within the business.
16. Prepare and deliver their CITB SMSTS, SSSTS and Health and Safety Awareness training
17. Work with external bodies to develop accredited courses/schemes.
18. Stay up to date with and identify market needs and trends.
19. Assist the HR Manager in producing training needs analysis for internal employees.
20. Build productive relationships with customers and employees.
You must have :
21. Demonstrable experience of providing virtual training lessons
22. Experience of using online Training tools.
23. Experience of working on your own initiative and the ability to work as part of a team.
24. Up to date knowledge and experience of office software e Word, excel, outlook etc.
You must be able to demonstrate occupational experience in a construction management role. This experience must demonstrate accountability for site health and safety or site management/supervision.
As well as a training qualification or a CITB recognised exemption, you must also have successfully completed at least one of the following qualifications:
Qualifications:
25. NEBOSH National Certificate in Construction Safety and Health.
26. NVQ/SVQ Level 5 in Occupational Safety and Health.
27. Health and Safety
28. NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health Part 2, NEBOSH Units A, B, C and D
29. Diploma Safety Management Level 6.
Desirable:
30. Membership of Chartered Health and Safety professional (CMIOSH).
31. Experience of delivering H&S training within the construction environment.
32. A recognised teaching qualification (such as PTLLS).
