We are looking for an eCommerce Trading Team to join our eCommerce UK team working specifically within the Womenswear channel, focusing on Product Page. Based at Next Head Office in Enderby, Leicestershire with a competitive salary range and great benefits!
At NEXT, not only are we one of the UK’s largest fashion retailers, but we’re also one of the largest listed companies, full-stop. Selling our products and thousands of world-famous brands, both in-store and online. What’s more, we’re growing. Fast. And it’s the kind of growth and investment that is exciting for everyone in our business.
Our eCommerce websites and apps have grown steadily over the past 10 years to become one of the largest online retail platforms in the UK. We currently sell to 70 international markets, offering our 6 million active customers a personalised shopping experience and the ability to purchase from a wide range of products using multiple delivery methods and payment types.
The role
As an eCommerce Trading Assistant, you will work to maximise the performance of the product page (PDP) for your product area. You’ll become an expert in the product and, alongside using sales analysis and key onsite metrics, you will optimise the product pages onsite to drive conversion and help reduce returns.
What else is involved?
* Work closely with the team to maximise the performance of all funnel metrics for the product page (e.g. conversion rate)
* Review metrics (page views Vs conversion) by product type and item level to identify the biggest optimisation opportunities
* Make changes based on data (upsells, pills, groupings, item titles, descriptions, imagery, new feature roll out) - the lead on how we sell items to our customers.
* Review data recommendations for performance and commercial optimisation opportunities
* Use reports daily to flag any product page issues, working with the business owner and business manager to resolve
* Support investigations into issues and optimisation
* Review PDP performance at category and item level
* Review and optimise returns rates
* Discuss opportunities with the business owner and product teams
* Suggest amendments to product pages based on data
* Regularly review the competition
You’ll be doing all this from our Leicestershire Head Office. Our offices are inspiring, yes. But we understand that life happens. So, we’re big on making sure your work works for you, which is why we offer flexible working. Bring your energy. Play to your strengths. Make things bigger and better than before. Let’s Take It On.
So if you’re confident at communicating and working with different teams, have strong analytical skills with a background in working with data, and have a proactive and friendly attitude to learn, this is the role for you!
The benefits
We’ll discuss more of what you’ll get when you work for NEXT at interview, but here’s an overview of what you can expect:
* Salary range of £29,000 - £35,000
* Profit-related bonus
* Contributions into a pension scheme
* Life assurance
* Sharesave scheme, which allows you to invest in NEXT and claim your share of our success
