Job Role: Manage scheduled maintenance and proactive scheduling effectively, blending technical and interpersonal skills to ensure efficient and memorable customer interactions. Develop solutions for critical issues and creatively resolve complex problems. Work in collaboration with the Service Manager to identify opportunities for upgrades, new purchases, and additional customer training. Accurately identify error codes, recurring problems, and unique troubleshooting solutions. Communicate issues effectively through detailed emails and photos. Instruct customers on the operation and maintenance of systems. Serve as a liaison between customers and in-house teams on administrative and technical matters. Document all service activities in accordance with regulatory standards. Promote service contract revenue and new product awareness. Candidate Requirements: A proven track record as a field service engineer or technical support engineer. Relevant engineering qualifications, such as an HND in Electronic Engineering. Skilled in fault-finding and delivering first-time fix solutions. Strong customer-facing abilities, along with a positive approach and the capacity to work autonomously. Excellent at building and sustaining customer relationships. Ability to manage your territory effectively and travel occasionally for training and conferences.
