About Evolve Psychology Services:
Evolve Psychology Services are a leading partner in Neurodevelopmental Assessment provision in the UK. Our clinical services are currently delivered from 4 practice bases in Harrogate, Huddersfield, Exeter and opening early 2025 in Norwich. We have an established digital/telehealth service for the provision of solely digital (where clients meet inclusion criteria) or hybrid models of assessment. In addition to the above, Evolve Psychology services provide assessments on a short term contract basis, either digitally or in person.
Due to exciting growth within the business, we are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to combine leading and overseeing the operational delivery of NHS and ICB contracted services, within a growing company.
Responsibilities:
Oversight of all existing Neurodevelopmental Assessment clinic services (inclusive of digital pathways), including delivery of existing NHS and other contracts, for children and adults, with the aim of achieving:
* Service excellence
* Outstanding client and family satisfaction
* On track KPI achievement
* Ambitious service growth
* Desired financial performance
* Implementation of Business strategy
* Line management of Clinic (Team) managers
* Implementation of services in new clinic locations and for new NHS and other contracts
* Representing the company in key stakeholder meetings
Job Summary:
The post holder will be responsible for:
* Providing operational management support to the service, including the delivery of performance, and quality.
* Identifying growth opportunities and key resources, facilitating recruitment through strong links with internal departments (Clinic Managers, Finance, HR) and industry contacts.
* Supporting the development and delivery of service strategy, staff engagement, organisational development and the management of risks, in partnership with clinic managers and clinical leads.
* Working with clinical leads to develop and establish clinical pathways and protocols. We strive to deliver care that enhances patient experience whilst improving organisational effectiveness.
* In partnership with Clinic/team managers and lead clinicians, oversee the provision of comprehensive, high quality, patient centred services.
* In partnership with Clinic/team managers and clinical leads, ensuring all clinical services meet the service and contract requirements to be safe, effective, caring, responsive to needs and are well led
Location:
Our physical locations are Harrogate, Huddersfield, Exeter and Norwich. Regular attendance at one base location would be required, with the ability to operate in a Hybrid model.
* Travel to all UK based clinic locations on a frequent basis is expected, as required to fulfil job responsibilities.
