Responsibilities:
1. Manage and coordinate volunteer programs to enhance visitor engagement.
2. Develop and implement visitor activities and programs.
3. Ensure high standards of site presentation and customer service.
4. Monitor and evaluate visitor feedback to improve services.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Experience in volunteer management or visitor services.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
