Ecommerce Coordinator/Manager (Magento/Adobe Commerce)
Location: UK (Fully Remote, with Quarterly Travel to the Midlands)

About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Ecommerce Coordinator/Manager with a strong experience in Magento 2/Adobe Commerce to manage site updates, reporting, and conversion rate optimisation (CRO). You will play a key role in maximising their online store, ensuring smooth implementation of design changes, generating reports, and enhancing overall site performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Product & Pricing Management – Update product listings, pricing, and options.
* PageBuilder Implementation – Work closely with designers to implement site updates and enhancements.
* Reporting & Data Analysis – Set up and analyse custom Magento reports (e.g. sales data, performance metrics).
* Landing Page Management – Create, A/B test, and optimise landing pages to improve conversions.
* SEO Support – Identify and fix SEO issues in collaboration with our external SEO specialist.
* Process Optimisation – Help streamline backend processes using Magento/Adobe Commerce.
* Development Liaison – Communicate with developers and agencies to implement fixes and improvements.
* Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) – Use analytics tools to enhance site performance and user experience.
* Competitor Analysis – Monitor competitor trends and identify opportunities for growth.
* Reporting & Communication – Regularly report on website performance, sales trends, and marketing impact.
About you
* Strong Magento/Adobe Commerce experience – Confident in backend operations, reporting, and CRO.
* Experience with PageBuilder to manage website content updates.
* Knowledge of A/B testing and landing page optimisation.
* Understanding of SEO best practices (working alongside an SEO specialist).
* Ability to interpret data and generate reports to inform business decisions.
* Experience with CRO strategies and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.).
* Strong organisational skills and ability to collaborate with developers, designers, and marketing teams.
* Familiarity with third-party extensions and integrations for Magento.
* Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for minor troubleshooting.
* Experience with competitor analysis tools.
