A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join an independent small animal practice located in a picturesque village just 20 minutes from the vibrant city of Nottingham. This practice, known for its patient-centred care and heartfelt tagline, "Vets Who Care," has been serving the local community with distinction for nearly a decade.
The practice is led by a passionate owner with expertise in pain management, internal medicine, soft tissue surgery, and dermatology, along with additional qualifications in acupuncture. This unique combination of therapies has enhanced the quality of care, improving healing times for many patients. The clinic boasts state-of-the-art facilities, including digital x-ray, ultrasound with Doppler, endoscopy, and comprehensive in-house diagnostic capabilities, enabling the team to deliver the highest standard of veterinary care.
The practice's incredible team is made up of 3 RVNs, 1 SVN, and 2 ACAs, all of whom fully utilise their skills to ensure smooth and efficient operations. From setting up x-rays to performing dental scale and polish procedures, this close-knit group excels in their roles. As a nurse training practice, the environment fosters growth, learning, and professional development.

Our client is looking for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon with a minimum of two years' experience who is comfortable working in sole charge when necessary. The Rota:
• Part time role - 3 day week
