Job Advert: SEN Key Support Worker – Nursery Class (Rowley Regis)
Are you passionate about supporting young children with special educational needs and disabilities? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Key Support Worker to join our team and work in a primary school in Rowley Regis, working within their nursery class. This role is to start after the October half term.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide tailored support for a group of 4-5 pupils with SEN, working alongside other SEN Teaching Assistants.
* Assist in creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
* Collaborate with staff to implement individual education plans (IEPs) for pupils.
* Foster the social and emotional development of the children under your care.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 1 year of experience working with pupils who have special educational needs and disabilities.
* A caring and patient approach, with a passion for early years education.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Role Details:
* Full-time, Monday to Friday.
* Term-time only.
* Long-term position until the end of the academic year.
