We are currently recruiting apprentices for the Hearing Aid Dispenser Level 5 Apprenticeship. Successful completion of this 14-month program will make you eligible to register as a Hearing Aid Dispenser with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and guarantees employment upon registration.
Starting salary of £24,230 (+ company car/car allowance after 35 weeks) and an OTE package of circa £55,000 once qualified

What does a Hearing Aid Audiologist do?
As part of a unique healthcare role in the UK, you will:
1. Provide exceptional customer service, advice, and patient care
2. Carry out hearing assessments
3. Provide and sell the most appropriate hearing solutions
4. Support patients through fitting and aftercare to ensure the best results
5. Work within HCPC standards of performance, conduct, and ethics
6. Work in the community, visiting patients at home
7. Have 4 GCSEs at grades 9-4 / A – C including Maths, English, and Science. Certificates must be provided upon application.
8. Possess excellent communication skills and a warm, empathetic personality
9. Be commercially aware and able to work towards targets, providing top-tier service and sales
10. Be confident in IT (MS Office) and quick to learn new software
11. Hold a full UK driving license and have access to a car during training
12. Be able to commit to 60 weeks of training starting 14th July, including residential blocks in Buxton
13. Reside in or be willing to relocate to the area by the start date
14. Undergo an enhanced DBS check
15. If English is not your first language, demonstrate IELTS Level 7 in speaking, writing, and reading, with no component below 6.5
As an apprentice Hearing Aid Audiologist, you will receive:
* A starting salary of £24,230 (plus London weighting allowance if applicable)
* An increasing salary upon HCPC registration to £37,500+ basic, with commission and bonus (OTE £55k+)
* Company car or car allowance after 35 weeks
* Pension, private health insurance (after 12 months), fully funded training, employee assistance, and other benefits
