Reporting directly to the Operations Director, and with a dotted line to the Senior Quality Director for Europe, you will be at the forefront of Quality leadership. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with ISO and BRC standards, overseeing the Quality Management System (QMS), and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
As a key member of the Site Leadership Team, you will contribute to achieving key performance metrics, delivering strategic objectives, and maintaining the company's reputation as a risk-free supplier of high-quality packaging products.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement a long-term Quality strategy aligned with business goals.
2. Maintain and improve QMS compliance with ISO 9001, BRC/ISO standards, GMP/GDP, and HACCP Level 4.
3. Lead audits, both internal and third-party, ensuring accreditation retention and readiness.
4. Act as a Management Representative for quality planning, reviews, and corrective/preventive actions.
5. Monitor and report Quality KPIs, enabling data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
6. Build and manage a high-performing Quality team, fostering a culture of excellence and engagement.
7. Collaborate across teams to resolve quality issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
