As a chef at Swinton Barracks, you will play a pivotal role in preparing and serving nutritious and well-balanced meals for personnel, ensuring high standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality are met. You'll work alongside a dedicated team in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities to develop your skills and progress within the team.
What you’ll do:
* Assistance with running service/preparation/other duties of the busy working kitchen
* Ensuring strict adherence to all EHO guidelines and systems
* Working with the FOH team to drive the service excellence
* Monitor sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standards and regulations
* Prepare, produce and present food to the highest standard
What you bring :
* NVQ lv 2/3 or a busy kitchen environment experience
* Basic IT skills
* Experience in menu production and confident input
* Exposure to bulk cooking
* The enthusiasm to develop and learn new skills

Package Description
* £12.60 per hour
* 37.5 hours per week
* Any hours worked out of contracted hours will be paid time and a half
* 5 days out of 7
