We are expanding our team and looking for a Senior Sports CRM Manager to take ownership of our sports customer relationship management strategy, develop processes from scratch, and drive the efficiency of our promotional efforts.
Role Overview
As a Senior Sports CRM Manager, you will design and execute a best-in-class CRM strategy for our Sportsbook segment. You will develop and implement lifecycle campaigns, manage promotional budgets, set up structured processes, and optimize CRM tools and provider back-office systems. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in CRM operations, an analytical mindset, and the ability to drive engagement and retention across sports customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop & implement CRM strategy – Create and execute a structured and scalable CRM strategy focused on sports players, including automated, targeted, and personalized marketing campaigns.
* Set up processes from scratch – Establish workflows, segmentation methodologies, and automation processes for efficient campaign execution.
* Lifecycle management – Design, implement, and optimize customer lifecycle journeys, including onboarding, retention, reactivation, and churn prevention.
* Manage providers' back office (BO) – Utilize and optimize CRM tools and third-party provider platforms to enhance campaign performance and player engagement.
* Promotion planning & execution – Plan, execute, and monitor sportsbook promotions while ensuring a healthy P&L (Profit & Loss) management of campaigns.
* Data-driven decision making – Leverage data insights and player analytics to refine segmentation, campaign performance, and overall CRM effectiveness.
* Cross-functional collaboration – Work closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Product, VIP, and Customer Support to align CRM efforts with overall business goals.
* Resource & budget management – Effectively plan and allocate CRM resources, balancing costs while maximizing engagement and profitability.
* Compliance & best practices – Ensure all CRM activities align with industry regulations, responsible gaming guidelines, and data privacy policies.
Requirements
* Experience – 4+ years in CRM roles within the sports betting or iGaming industry, with a strong understanding of sportsbook CRM operations.
* Strategic mindset – Ability to develop CRM strategies from scratch and implement structured processes that drive customer retention and engagement.
* Technical expertise – Hands-on experience operating provider back-office systems and CRM tools.
* Promotional P&L management – Strong understanding of promo ROI, budget allocation, and impact assessment.
* Data-driven approach – Experience using analytics and customer insights to refine CRM efforts.
* Project & resource management – Ability to plan, prioritize, and allocate resources effectively.
* Strong communication skills – Ability to collaborate across teams and present insights in a clear and actionable manner.
* Industry knowledge – Deep understanding of sportsbook customer behaviors, retention mechanics, and CRM best practices.
