Location: Blackpool Salary: £24,755 per annum (this increases on April 1st 2025) Hours: Full-Time, Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days WFH after settling-in period) Why Join? Your Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring a high level of customer service. Manage the end-to-end order process, from inquiry to delivery, including after-sales support. Handle customer escalations and high-priority cases, ensuring issues are resolved effectively. Maintain strong relationships with customers, keeping them informed on order progress, lead times, and any delays. Provide accurate quotations and ensure orders are processed efficiently. What We're Looking For: Good depth of experience in a customer service or client-facing role. Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritise workload, and work under pressure. Customer-first mindset with great attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in order management systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office. Experience in promotional merchandise or a similar industry is an advantage.
