What You'll Do:
✅ Lead and manage the Landscape Planning Team, overseeing project delivery
✅ Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and strengthening client relationships
✅ Deliver high-quality LVIAs, LVAs, and planning evidence for major projects
✅ Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a collaborative team culture
✅ Represent the company in client meetings, public inquiries, and stakeholder engagements
What We're Looking For:
Degree in Landscape Architecture (CMLI or working towards it)
7-10+ years' experience in landscape planning and project leadership
Strong business development and client relationship skills
Expertise in landscape planning policy, LVIA, and strategic design
Excellent leadership, report writing, and project management skills
