C&B Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Warranty Administrator to join a successful Dealership in Wigan.
Warranty Administrator Role Overview
1. Process warranty claims on a timely basis.
2. Process all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation.
3. Reconcile all warranty receivables with payments through the appropriate accounting schedule.
4. Posts credits on computer.
5. Follow up on payment of outstanding claims.
6. Track warranty parts by tagging with repair order number, date of replacement and date on which part may be disposed of.
7. Files and maintains all service records as required by the warrantor.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience working as a Warranty Administrator within the motor trade.
2. Stable career history.
