Job Description
* Creating and sending out invoices to customers.
* Addressing any customer billing issues and queries.
* Collaborating with the Accounting & Finance Department to ensure accurate billing information.
* Organising and filing billing records for future reference.
* Preparing reports on billing activities.
* Updating customer information as needed.
* Ensuring all billing procedures comply with company and legal regulations.
* Communicating with other departments to ensure billing accuracy.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Billing Administrator should have:
* Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
* Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
* Proficiency in relevant accounting software.
* Good communication skills to handle customer queries.
* The ability to work well as part of the Accounting & Finance team.
