They are looking to add a Head of Creative, to their team. This role would suit a digital creative visualiser, who is ready to progress into a Creative Director role.
This role offers flexible working, between your home and the office.
Job Role
Take ownership for the creation of attractive and functional packaging designs
Keep up to date with the latest sustainable materials, methods and formats
Work closely with the Head of Marketing, owning the quality of design visuals and ensuring brand guidelines are adhered to
Oversee the studio workload and its priorities
Prepare artwork for mass production and prototype/sample making
Training and development of your team
Utilise AI and other technologies to improve processes
Skills and Experience
Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Cinema 4D
Ambitious and motivated for positive change to push the boundaries of creativity
Open to using AI technology to improve the speed and quality of digital output
Ability to critique and check output quality
Strong presentation and communication skills
Strong organisational and time management skills
Good interpersonal and influencing skills
Creative with an exceptional eye for detail
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and industry standards
