Managing record of Timelines Monthly business reviews with all concessionaires CSAT/ Satisfaction survey Passenger Experience – New Passenger experience initiatives Pax Complaint and Query Resolution Continuously strive for new initiatives for enhancing passengers experience Response within stipulated time and Minimize Pax complaints.
