Albany Beck is seeking a skilled Business Analyst with an excellent background in Business Management Support to work with a leading financial services firm. This role is ideal for someone with a strong experience in financial and workforce management, vendor oversight, and executive-level reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Management & Reporting
* Support business management activities, including financial oversight, procurement, vendor management, and workforce tracking.
* Build and maintain reports for both senior and junior management, translating complex data into clear, presentable formats (Excel, PowerPoint).
* Take minutes and track actions from key meetings, ensuring timely follow-ups.
Financial & Accounting Oversight
* Manage budgets, expenditures, and financial reporting.
* Oversee purchase order management and month-end financial processes.
Workforce & Vendor Management
* Track workforce headcount and hiring pipelines.
* Assist with joiner-mover-leaver processes and workforce analytics.
* Support workforce training and experience tracking to identify skill gaps.
* Oversee vendor contract renewals/terminations and assist with SLA tracking and risk assessments.
Security Management Support
* Manage calendars for security forums and ensure key reporting deadlines are met.
* Organize and maintain documentation in SharePoint.
Key Skills & Experience:
* Strong Excel skills – data collation, analysis, and organization.
* Experience building reports in PowerPoint for different management levels.
* Background in financial management, including accounting principles and procurement.
* Experience in workforce tracking and headcount analysis.
* Knowledge of vendor and contract management.
* Familiarity with security forum administration and reporting is a plus.
